Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order reveals that statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was that she was not kidnapped by any one and she married with Dipak Kumar.
