2. The Circle Officer, Hilsa has appeared today in the Court pursuant to the last order of the Court dated 28.11.2023.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that it is the petitioner who is at fault and he has not appeared before the circle officer and has not filed any application.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application was filed but the same has not been accepted by the Circle Officer.

5. This Court will not go into the disputed questions of fact.

6. The petitioner is given liberty to approach an appellate authority within thirty days from today. If such an appeal is filed then the circle officer will not proceed further against the petitioner for the next thirty days and during the period during which the stay application of the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, Nalanda.

7. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

8. The personal appearance of the Circle Officer, Hilsa is dispensed with.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Nalanda through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
