1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, at the outset, very fairly submits that opposite party no.2 has performed her second marriage, as such, she is not opposing the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.44170 of 2023(4) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 counsel for the opposite party no.2, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandra Bhushan Bharti, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No.1089 of 2020, Trial No.1142 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
5. The application stands allowed.
