2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27, 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., three miscreants committed murder of the mother of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Besides this, during course of investigation, no tangible evidence has come to suggest complicity of petitioner in the present case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
