ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/414//34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is merely a driver of the vehicle which had reported at the transport office for loading of goods for Jharkhand. He has nothing to do with the genuineness of any paper and the same was only supplied to him by the owner of the truck. Thus, the petitioner is being falsely prosecuted.

After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has a fair antecedent, let the

Case No. 158/2017.
