At the very outset, learned counsel for the B.N.Mandal University (hereinafter referred to as the "University") submits that in terms of order dated 25.02.2016, the admitted dues of the petitioner relating to Gratuity and Leave Encashment have been sent through cheque in his name to the respondent no. 4 for payment to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the University shall also furnish a detailed calculation chart to the petitioner within two weeks from today relating to Gratuity and Leave Encashment. Upon receiving the same, if the petitioner finds any discrepancy or error including non-payment of statutory interest, he shall file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13943 of 2015 dt.28-03-2016 2/2 representation before the respondent no. 3 along with a copy of this order, which shall be looked into and disposed off by a reasoned order and if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next three weeks. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
