The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16835 of 2016 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case no. 18 of 2012 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, Supaul. Rest of the conditions in order dated 20.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16835 of 2016 will remain the same.
