2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Konch P.S.Case No.69 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, all the accused persons including the petitioner had assaulted the informant and her family members causing them injuries on different parts of their body, as well as, on their vital part like head with an intention to kill them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. There is case and counter case between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39478 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 parties. Learned counsel further referring to the FIR filed by the petitioner side submitted that the incident took place on 04.02.2024, FIR has been lodged on 11.02.2024 i.e. after delay of 7 days. It is further submitted that in the said incident, both the parties have received injuries which are simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55730 of 2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.04.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya/concerned court in connection with Konch P.S.Case No.69 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
