Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.621 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 466, 468, 469, 470, 471, 120(B) Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 65, 66, 66(A), 66(C) and 66(D) of the IT Act, 2000. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. In the written report, specific allegation is made against Ravinesh Kumar Sinha. The name of this petitioner has been taken by Ravinesh Kumar Sinha during investigation in his confession before the police. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.621 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
