The counsel for the petitioner submits that certain amount has been paid to the petitioner under the heading for G.P.F., but he does not disclose whether it includes the interest or not. He also disputes that he has not been paid difference of salary So far the difference of salary cannot be looked into in the present proceeding.

With regard to the statutory interest, the University is directed to provide the statement of account showing in what manner the G.P.F. has been calculated which must reflect the amount of interest if any paid. The University is directed to furnish the detail of the statement of account with regard to the

Patna High Court MJC No.4370 of 2010 (4) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 G.P.F. within eight weeks to the petitioner.

The petitioner will have liberty to file a representation with respect of difference of salary including the interest of G.P.F., if already not paid to him. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U
