Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 Considering the fact that claim of the present petitioner in the individual capacity has been settled and admitted dues of the applicant has been paid and there is no dispute about the same.

That being so, now taking note of the observations made by the Writ Court with regard to applicability of the order of the learned Single Bench to all employees of the Bank at the instance of the present applicant in these contempt proceedings

Patna High Court MJC No.1154 of 2014(7) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 no action is required to be taken. If the applicant in his capacity as Secretary of the Employees Association feels that similar benefit in pursuance to the order passed by the Writ Court on 5.02.2013 has to be extended to other employees, he may represent to the Bank, make claims along with the particulars of the employees and the authorities shall proceed to take note of the order passed on 05.02.2013 in C.W.J.C. No. 23029 of 2011 and pass appropriate orders. In case the applicant is aggrieved, the applicant or the aggrieved persons will have liberty to assail the action afresh in accordance with law. In case the applicant has any further grievance with regard to quantification of the amount, liberty shall be available to him to claim it afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
