The writ petition had been filed against the order dated 12.08.2010 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 9 of 2010 by which suspension of the respondent no. 9 was revoked. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 9 submitted that the matter has become infructuous, inasmuch as the respondent no. 9 had already superannuated from service and, thus, challenge to the revocation of his suspension is
