12-01-2017 Heard Sri Mritunjay Prasad Singh, learned counsel for petitioners.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Civil Review No. 340 of 2010, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 04-05-2012. Learned counsel for petitioners, by way of referring to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the present petition, submits that petitioners' counsel was having urinary problem and due to illness, no effort could be taken to comply the order of this Court within time and petition stood dismissed.

In view of fact disclosed in paragraph - 3 of the petition, the Civil Review No. 340 of 2010 is directed to be restored to its original file, provided order dated 04-05-2012 passed in Civil Review No. 340 of 2010 is complied with within a

Patna High Court MJC No.104 of 2013 (4) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Civil Review No. 340 of 2010 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
