2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ/ writs certiorari or appropriate in nature praying for cancellation of forged sale deed dated 28.09.1992 executed by signature of forged person on place of the petitioner and without identification of the petitioner the registrar of Lakhisarai executed sale deed in favour of the private respondent no.6 whenever the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10048 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 petitioner has not put his signature and thumb impression on sale deed and on record of the registry office also the forged witness have put their signature and thumb impression on sale deed and on record of the registry office Lakhisarai in connivance of purchaser of the land and in connivance of writer of sale deed respondent no.9 as well as praying for direction to the state respondents to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments submits that against the forged and fabricated document, he shall be seeking civil/criminal remedy and as such, for the present, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

4. Granting said liberty to pursue alternate remedy, the writ petition stands disposed of.
