This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 287 2017 for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation in brief is that petitioner killed his wife by poisoning and threw her dead body in the river, which was later on discovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the wife has committed suicide.
The learned counsel for the State submits that after killing the third wife, as she was issueless, the petitioner threw the dead body in the river far away from the home and that was
