In compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.14108 of 2017, the contemnors have not only paid a sum of Rs.8,19,811/- on the head of

Patna High Court MJC No.2231 of 2019(6) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 outstanding salary for the period 17.08.2010 to 06.01.2017, but have also accepted the joining of the petitioner as a Block Teacher at Upgraded Middle School, Ismailpur, Hajipur. 2.

Nonetheless, it is the complaint of the petitioner that her service book has not still been updated. 3.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to ensure that the service book of the petitioner is updated, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

The contempt petition stands disposed off.
