2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the Title Suit No. 6 of 2010 in which compromise petition has been filed by the parties be disposed of at the earliest.

3. In view of the fact that the parties have settled their dispute, the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur is directed to dispose of the Title Suit No. 6 of 2010 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
