The petitioners are in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/ 341 /323 /307 /326A /504 /506 /379 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

So far as petitioner No. 1 (Manohar Sah) is concerned, i.e., father of the petitioner No. 2, there is no specific allegation. He is accordingly directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41085 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., III, Vaishali, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017.

However, in view of the fact that the injury sustained by the Kundan Kumar has been found to be grievous in nature and he is still receiving treatment in the P.M.C.H., Patna, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner No. 2 (Raja Kumar @ Rajababu). It is accordingly dismissed.
