Perused the order dated 20.02.2015 passed in CWJC No.6263 of 2014. The learned Single Judge is correct. The status of an employee does not change merely because he has been made to work in certain capacity. The original authority, who made the

Patna High Court LPA No.1034 of 2016 dt.15-11-2017 appointments, does not lose control over such employees. This is the reason why the writ application was dismissed. We do not find any infirmity with the impugned order. The appeal is dismissed.
