Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are mother-in-law and married Nanad, who is living in her sasural even prior to the marriage of deceased. They have no concern with the affairs of the husband and
