Patna High Court MJC No.519 of 2016 (2) dt.27-09-2018 contempt application arises and whereafter the contempt applications were dismissed.

Taking note of the submission advanced by learned counsel for the State as well as the order passed by the Division Bench in MJC No. 871 of 2012, we dismiss this contempt application.
