Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person kidnapped to the son of the informant from the running train. Co-accused Ratan Kumar confessed before the police and name of the petitioner transpired therein. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2016. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43548 of 2017 (7) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 736 of 2016 arising out of Rail Thana Narkatiyaganj Police Station Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
