====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner has approached this Court for direction to the respondent Nalanda Open University to allot students for the purposes of filling up the remaining vacant seats of the B.Ed. College for the academic session 2019-21.

Mr. Navin Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of University submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is covered by decision in C.W.J.C. No. 12155 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of in similar terms C.W.J.C. No. 12155 of 2019 was disposed of relevant part of the order in C.W.J.C. No. 12155 of 2019 is quoted below:

"Having regard to the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.4 to ensure that maximum number of seats of the colleges in question pertaining to B.Ed. Course for the academic session 2019-21 are filled

Patna High Court CWJC No.11949 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 3/3 up, by making proper allotments of candidates to the respective colleges in accordance with law.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms".

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
