JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 15-03-2018 In view of the Constitution Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Jindal Stainless Ltd. & Anr. Vs. State of Haryana & Ors.- (2017) 12 SCC 1, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise all objections as are permissible under law before the Assessing Officer.

We direct that on the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order and raising objections with regard to the assessment and payment of Entry Tax within a period of 45 days from today, the Assessing Officer shall proceed in the matter for
