====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 The petitioner is a PDS licencee bearing Licence no.311 of 1985. He belatedly deposited the renewal fee for the year 2006 on 31.1.2006 for which last date was 31.12.2005. Furthermore, the belated deposit did not contain fine amount. The petitioner submits that he is willing to pay the up to date delayed fine amount with interest. It appears that licence was not renewed as delayed payment was not accompanied with fine.

In my view, the petitioner should first approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai in respect of his grievances. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the latter would dispose of the same within three months thereof, without being prejudiced by this order.

Needless to state that the delay in filing the application would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.
