The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B) and 301/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the marriage of Soni Devi daughter of informant was performed with Bablu Paswan before 10 years and from their wedlock, and she has four children. Her husband and her in-laws used to assault and torture her for non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle. On 04.05.2015, the informant came to know that his daughter Soni Devi has been burnt by her husband, in-laws and her dead body has been disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42765 of 2015 (2) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 in-law of the deceased. In fact, deceased along with her children used to reside with her husband Bablu Paswan and due to misunderstanding, deceased and her husband, committed suicide. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
