The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. K. Chandramurti, the finance officer-cum-officiating registrar alleged in his written report that Nishi Kant Tiwary, the petitioner was working as a director (administration) and he was appointed in early 2015, but he submitted fake and forged educational certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an anonymous letter written in the name of Amresh Singh was received by the registrar and the registrar without holding any

The petitioner did not submit any fake and forged educational certificates. The petitioner has already removed from his service and he is contemplating to file writ petition in this Court against the order of his termination. It is further submitted that no documents filed by the petitioner at the time of his appointment is found to be forged and fake.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
