The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 snatched mobile and thirty two thousand rupees from the informant when others assaulted the mother of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute between the parties

No.34876 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/3 from before the accusation has been levelled as the mother of the informant was found stealing watermelon from the land of the petitioners for which a complaint was made to the Sarpanch. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the injury of the informant has been found to be simple in nature.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 in case the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.145 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Kishanganj. So far as petitioner nos. 3 to 6 are concerned, in view of the fact that in the background of petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and there is no specific accusation levelled against them, let the above named petitioner nos. 3 to 6 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM,Kishanganj in connection with the
