JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar in Arms Case No. 59 of 2015. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is needless to state that in case an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appeal of the petitioner shall be disposed off on merits without the authority being impeded by the issue of limitation.
