Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- (i) To issue in appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) order(s), direction (s), commanding the respondents to make appointment of the petitioner on basis of compassionate appointment as husband of the petitioner died in duty period as a Home Guard Constable.

(ii) To direct the respondent to appoint

Patna High Court CWJC No.9966 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 the petitioner on basis of compassionate ground as her husband died during service period he was working as a Home Guard Constable.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that it is necessary to the petitioner to file a fresh representation demanding all the reliefs.

4. In this background, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation demanding all her claim which she has demanded in the writ petition before the Director General-cumCommandant General, Home Guard, Bihar (respondent No.2) within 30 days and respondent No.2 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the same within 10 weeks after receiving the same thereafter.
