The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 354, 342 Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.182 of 2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
