Mishra, Sub-Judge-V, Begusarai in Title Suit No. 112 of 2009 whereby and whereunder the court below refused to appoint the Pleader Commissioner.

It has been submitted that the parties have compromised the suit. The suit has already been disposed of by the court below and so this writ application has become infructuous. In the above facts and circumstances, this application is dismissed.
