The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the Memo No. 101 dated 15.04.2021, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground, has been rejected.

We propose that the petitioner may prefer a revision against the said order before the Divisional Commissioner.

Under the circumstances, in case the petitioner files a revision within two weeks from today before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, the same shall be considered and disposed off within a period of four weeks thereafter. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
