JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2018. He is not named in the written report. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mojib. No Test Identification Parade has been held.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 02.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
