Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the decision of this Court in the case of Md. Jawed Hossain & Others vs. the State of Bihar reported in 2017 (4) PLJR 858 the petitioner will approach the respondent no. 6 for considering his claim for regularization.

In view of the limited nature of prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is being disposed off with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
