JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354 (A), 353, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is no specific allegation of overt act against the petitioners. The specific allegation is upon Chandan Kumar, Sudhanshu Kumar and Amar Kumar for assaulting the informant and others. They have been alleged to be members of a mob. The petitioners claim that their antecedent is clean. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Rohit Kumar, Fakira Kumar and Navin Kumar be released on bail in the event of their
