This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Suiya P.S.Case No.19 of 2017 (G.R.Case no.917 of 2017) , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one country-made Pistol and two cartridges.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about four months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40321 of 2017 (2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 court below to release the petitioner in connection with Suiya P.S.Case No.19 of 2017 (G.R.Case No.917 of 2017) to the satisfaction of ACJM-I, Banka either after framing of charge or after completion of custody of six months, whichever is earlier. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
