Petitioner no.1 being the father of the husband of the informant and petitioner nos.2 and 3 being wives of petitioner no.1 are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Prosecution case is that the informant claimed to have married with Rahul Kumar Sharma but subsequently, torture was inflicted for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. As a result, the informant left the matrimonial house on 13.05.2013. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25668 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 that the accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Saharsa, in connection with Mahila (Saharsa) P.S. Case No.38/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
