SMT RENU KUMARI ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 38 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners . Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedents and are in custody since 18.6.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36933 of 2017(4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge II - cum - Special Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
