The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 349 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of snatching of Car, mobile sets, cash and other articles from the informant, his brother and his relatives on the strength of pistol. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in FIR. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Sharma and except that confessional statement there in no incriminating material against petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49212 of 2018(3) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 No Test Identification Parade has been held. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 17.11.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 349 of 2017.
