JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date : 22-06-2018 We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and counsel for the private respondent.

One of the reasons why we are not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge is that not only there was delay on the part of the present appellant to agitate the issue before the revisional authority but also the fact that the allocation of chak has been made more than 30 years ago and the parties had already acted upon. A settled position, after three decades especially in

Patna High Court LPA No.22 of 2015 dt.22-06-2018 2/2 matters of sensitive issue of land, is not required to be reopened. The parties must reconcile to the position now. Appeal otherwise stands dismissed.
