The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gobindganj P. S. Case No. 134 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is no truth behind the allegation that the petitioner had abducted the daughter of the informant. I have perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, from which it would be apparent that the victim, a minor girl aged about 14 years, has stated that the petitioner had forcibly abducted her. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42477 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 the case, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
