The petitioners seek issuance of a direction for quashing letter no. 675-2 dated 14.06.2021 issued by the respondent no. 5 to the petitioners individually directing them to deposit the amount under Sampurna Gramin Rojgar Yojana for the year 2001-02 to 2006-07 as mentioned in their respective letters.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, the action of the respondents is arbitrary.

At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that in case the petitioners appear before the District Magistrate, Saharsa within three weeks from today, all their grievances shall be considered and in case, any substance is found in their claim, appropriate action shall be taken.
