In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(i) To direct the respondent authorities to immediate pay the rent of official building, which was taken for office purpose in the year 1991 through an agreement.

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities to pay rent to electric bill, because the respondent authorities taken building on 1.5.91 for office purpose the electric bill has not been paid by the authorities, as yet.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14045 of 2006(5) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.3 i.e. The Managing Director, Bihar State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation Ltd., Patna within a period of 60 days from today. The Respondent No.3 i.e. The Managing Director, Bihar State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation Ltd., Patna, shall consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
