JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of division of the paternal property, it is alleged that the petitioner has shot fire which caused injury on the arm of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father of the informant, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)
