The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions and commanding the respondent authorities to direct the respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1332 of 2021(8) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 2 (The District Magistrate, Sitamarhi) for compliance of the order dated 30.11.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi-cum-Second Appellate Authorities in Complaint No.

50411/8026/111/800/845/2A by reasoned and speaking order passed within time frame and any other order / orders your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

A counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2, i.e., District Magistrate (Sitamarhi), in which it is clearly stated that the land in question (P.C.C. Road) has been removed from the private land of the petitioner and petitioner has acknowledged the same, which is annexed as Annexure-R/B series of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the present writ petition has become infructuous and learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 5.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
