The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2021 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code which is presently pending before the Court of ACJM-III, Danapur. As per the prosecution story, the allegation has been made by the informant that the accused person assaulted her and they continued to assault her from time to time. In this case, case diary was called for on 31.03.2022 which has now been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51361 of 2021(8) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 clean antecedent and by way of supplementary affidavit, he further submits that he has never married the informant but she wants to live with him.

Considering that the charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2021, this Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
