JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order contained in memo no. 259 dated 07.03.2014 passed by the Licensing Authority-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya, District Gaya whereby licence no. 06/2012 of the petitioner under Public Distribution System Control Order, 2001 has been cancelled; and further for a direction upon the respondents to continue allocation to the Fair Price Shop of the petitioner.
