1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is Bhaisur of the deceased and is separate in mess and business. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42778 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class , Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
