JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner was appointed as ANM but it was found after 32 years of service that she was appointed on the basis of forged matriculation certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Munger vide letter dated 02.06.

2014 has intimated to the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Munger that petitioner was appointed as ANM on the basis of being a non-matric and the issue has been raised after 32 years of initial appointment.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44102 of 2015 (2) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
